Had a great time creating this jungle scene entirely from scratch! The environment was built in 3D, with each animal assigned its own PBR material for maximum realism. Final refinements were done in Photoshop using a combination of matte painting and digital painting techniques.

The total production time was approximately 60 hours: around 10 hours exploring composition, animal placement, and landscape layout, followed by roughly 50 hours of detailed refinement across the animals, hero model, and jungle elements. The final look was achieved through multiple flare, haze, and mist effects, combined with hundreds of adjustment layers to fine-tune lighting, depth, and atmosphere.
